Pass and Move warm-up exercise. Great to coach young players to move once a pass has been played. Once the pass has been played, move to the empty side of the square. At the start, the coach plays a ball into either team. Can the 3 blue centre backs stay in balance and compact when out of possession. Yellow 10 to shield Blue 10 to stop forward pass into end zone. If the ball gets to Blue 10, that player goes 1v1 against Yellow 4 to score in either of the open goals.

Start by zig zagging fast feet through the yellow cones. 4v2x2 Rondo. 10m x 10m boxes. Players encouraged to play quickly from one or two touches and exploit the side with only one defender in. If the ball is won by the defensive players, they go 2v1 against the player that lost the ball.
